No — Hedwig is fixed to the top of the bracket with her sealed letter in her beak. She's part of the design and doesn't detach.
How Blair'sShelf Started
Some of us read the books seven times. Some of us waited for our letter until we were embarrassed to admit it. All of us walked past our front doors every day and thought — this should feel more magical.
Blair'sShelf started with a cast-iron bracket, a bell, and way too many nights in the workshop. Every bell is painted, weathered, and detailed by hand before it ships. No two are identical. That's the point.
